Using paragraphs on this website.

I'm not sure if it's my browser (Firefox) or it is something on this website, but whenever I make a new paragraph, it looks fine in the message box as I'm typing, but when I press "Submit New Post", the post has massive gaps between the paragraphs, at least 3 lines (I didn't press return that many times), and it looks ridiculous, so I need to go back in to every post I make and edit it to reduce it down to 1 line as I originally typed.

I have purposely left the paragraphs as posted for this thread and not edited so you can see the problem, but as I am typing now, I am only leaving one line between each paragraph.

Is this only showing up on my browser? If not, how do I set it so it posts the same line breaks as I have initially typed?

Attached is the message I typed with the correct paragraph spacing...

For some reason it only added 1 extra line between paragraphs, but usually it's around 3 lines. I'm certain this website is mocking me! lol

This is not a new issue and it's "affecting" all browsers.
You can find the thread with a little search as it was discussed in the past.
Like you I most of the time edit my posts to remove the unwanted carriage returns.

There are two editor modes. One that shows the formatting tags, the other that's more "wysiwyg". The latter is buggy, so if you don't want those lines you can just switch editor mode with the "A" icon at the top right.
