I have testet the ATARI GFA Raytrayer, but this is not the same, the Toolbox is on the wrong side and the Amiga Version was not Compiled.

cannot find a coverdisc of that magazine, but that info:

the program is still running on your amiga 500, or was in the past? Edit: found an index of that coverdisks, at least the name is the same: http://www.amiga-stuff.com/pd/kickstart.html search for "ray" on that website, maybe a result pops up with the program you are looking for. Quote:
one more try: Public Domain disc #15 of "Franz" http://www.amigafuture.de/downloads....ail&df_id=3068 a program called "vice" written in "Basic". Last edited by emufan; 28 July 2012 at 00:09. |

Two years later...
I also had this GFA-Basic-Raytracer. I think it was pretty good (for its time and for being coded in Basic) though I only had an unexpanded A500 and hadn't the time to wait many hours. I don't own it anymore. It has been published on a "Amiga Power Disc". Though I couldn't find it on the net, I found this information: Die neueste AMIGA POWER DISC Nr. 10 ist da! Das alles bietet Ihnen POWER DISC Nr. 10: Raytracer Plus das umfassende Grafik-Paket für fotorealistische Bilder ■ Etikett Etikettenaufkleber nach Mass (mit Grafikeinbindung) ■ Quadong Ein atemberaubendes Mosaik gegen die Zeit ■ Scarabaeus Actionspiel mit Bombenstimmung! Werden Sie alle Sprengkörper finden? |
