Quick question

I have a couple of icons that just are a grey square with a black dot in it (the icons from JST for example)

I wonder if you need some kind of special program to show these icons, like you do to show those "new icons46"

I do have New icons46 so this isn't the missing software, but wich one is it then????

Maybe they are GlowIcons that come with os3.9. I've no idea how they look like on previous oses.

Post Glowicons

The default icon for glowicons is a hammer like icon which gets a glow around it for the second frame. This is displayed as a 4 colour old style icon for people which are viewing the icon on standard Amiga's with the default icons.

However, some icon guys change the alternate icon to a few pixels (or sometimes to all background colour pixels so there is nothing to click!) which is probably what has been done in this case. This is usually to save disk space so the icon takes up as little room as possible.
