Homebrew
Hi guys!
Have a beautiful day! During the last years so many Homebrew-games came along. If you have to choose only 5 games you like the most, which one do you take? I try to get a provide overview. Many thanks in advance & happy holidays |

Typically "homebrew" is any sort of software that is made "at home" as a hobby by one or two guys and is a term used to differentiate from those games that are made by comprehensive teams of coders, musicians and designers with the backing of a studio or publisher. Now-a-days people tend to use the term "indie" more, though. In this day and age, basically every piece of software coded for the Amiga fits the definition of "homebrew". Note that the term "homebrew" does not necessarily equate to "freeware", some "homebrew" games are payware.

5 homebrew / coverware / freeware games I enjoy playing, here we go :
Though I must say, I didn't play Alien Fish Finger extensively. Drip is a late discovery of mine, so I guess I should be grateful to the regulars who posted about it a few years ago. |

The hole "TINY" series by the Abyss (they are just fantastic )
As for PD Classics i would go with ... Minerunner by Matthias Bock (The most fun Lode Runner with up to 4 players ) Revenge of the Mutant Camels by Paul Dale (Its hilariously fun ) Last edited by Torti-the-Smurf; 16 December 2021 at 20:31. Reason: typo |
