Garbled icons in Amistart after installing AfAOS.

I am using AmigaOS 3.9 in FS-UAE with boing bags 1,2,3 and 4.
Amistart version 0.64.
AfAOS 4.8.
I don't remember if I installed Powericons before installing AfAOS.
What could be wrong?

Powericons are not necessary with AfA OS

All other icons look 100% perfect on Amidock and on the desktop.

I have also tried Amistart 0.70 but it won't work.The problem probably has to do with AfAOS 4.8 because when I hold down the left mousebutton during startup the icons look 100% perfect in all of the menus including the startbutton.
I have also tried to remove everything from WBStartup directory.After that I have re added everything step by step and rebooted after every added command but with no luck.I don't know which non standard commands to comment out from S:Startup-Sequence and User-Startup.

The Left Mouse button disables AfA OS.
The Right Mouse Button on the other hand disables AfA OS and Graphics Card (Picasso).

If PowerIcons and VisualPrefs are present in your system, you need to uninstall them, if present you need to delete the entries from Startup-sequence or User-Startup.

If you continue to have difficulties I will fix it for you, please compress and send me your Hardfile, attach the download link "in PM"

Use 0.66 then - 0.64 is older than AfAOS and therefore has no support for it.

AmiStart only properly supports dual png icons via AfAOS, so you are definitely not using dual png icons then...

AmiStart has tooltypes to enable things like ScalOS png icon support, you will need to ensure these tooltypes are set correctly for your system...

I tested your hardfile, and found when following.

- Your Icons are not DualPNG, but are normal OS 3.5/3.9 icons, in the screenshot you can see the Glow difference with my Dopus4 icon

Question: what video card do you have configured in the system?

- I recommend using the UuaeGFX Video Card, that way you can have 256MB RAM, and 32Bit Resolutions and get the best quality (see screenshot).

- Amistart you need to update it to 0.70, the one you see in the scrennshot.

- In your system you also have the Work and Work2 volumes, in the second screenshot there are errors, make sure you have those folders in your volumes
