Indianapolis 500: Car setup?

Does anyone know how to configure a REALLY fast (and drivable) Penske/Chevrolet like this one?
[ Show youtube player ]

I've looked for setup advice here and elsewhere but only found the one described at HOL (and other sites)...
http://hol.abime.net/2634/cheatcode
... but that does not fit the car or the adjustable levers in the car (anti-roll bars).

Hope someone can provide the settings for:
- Wings
- Rubber
- Stagger
- Pressures
- Shocks
- Cambers
- Gears

i seem to recall my brother and some other chap trading 'best setups' and lap times via the Amiga Power tips pages. Might be worth looking on amr.abime.net for those!

It also depends on the number of laps you want to go....the posted setup seems to be made for 10-laps-races.

Adalsgard,

I used to spend hours just setting the car up and ended up never actually racing. I should have my ideal setup written down somewhere but am interested to see what you were using. Can you post your setup and I'll have a dig around and see what I can find? Failing that I might have to play the game some

Coagulus:
Doh... The answer was right in front of me .

Hungry Horace:
Thanks for introducing me to amr.abime.net! I found some setups there although they weren't complete (anti roll settings were missing). The setups were fast but if you're not an absolute specialist at making the turns, they're pretty useless... But like I said: Thanks! I found loads of stuff for other games there!

mombasajoe:
The setup is, for me, ideal for 10 laps: It's fast and you can still make the turns without having to make a perfect entry.
Going for a pole position, the setup is slighty to slow, though (driving the way I do ).

RMK:
I'll post my setup as soon as possible.

I just won Indianapolis 500 on WinUAE and thought it would be a good idea to post here. Savestates are in The Zone!

Oh the setups:

Qualifying with PENSKE:
Rather uncontrollable, but suitable for 4 laps with perfect racing line.

GAL LEFT 10
DRAG (counted from top) FRONT 1 REAR 0
RF hard RR hard LR soft LF soft
STAGGER 0.20 inch
PSI RF 25 RR 26 LR 28 LF 29 @148°F
SHOCKS (counted from bottom) RF 1 RR 1 LR 0 LF 0
CAMBERS RF -0.50 RR +0.25 LR +1.00 LF +0.25
GEARS 1st 9.53 2nd 6.11 3rd 4.18 4th 4.10
LEVERS LEFT 2 (from right end) RIGHT 4 (from right end)
BOOST 9

Racing with LOLA/BUICK:
You will find the Lola more fault-tolerant. It´s a slow setup, but quick enough to win the 500 miles, if you start from pole and make good stops. Try to adjust it to Penske by poking around gears and boost.

GAL LEFT 40
DRAG (counted from top) FRONT 4 REAR 3
RF hard RR hard LR medium LF medium
STAGGER 0.20 inch
PSI RF 25 RR 26 LR 27 LF 29 @148°F
SHOCKS (counted from bottom) RF 1 RR 2 LR 0 LF 2
CAMBERS RF -0.50 RR +0.25 LR +1.00 LF +0.25
GEARS 1st 7.44 2nd 4.77 3rd 3.26 4th 3.20
LEVERS LEFT 2 (from right end) RIGHT 3 (from right end)
BOOST 7

Now, after testing, this is really the perfect setup. Forget about my setups. I made 1st place in qualifying without effort, perfect. I have won the 500 miles anyway
