Moved from wrong thread and vsync has been implemented ages ago.
Enable vsync and select 50 or 100hz refresh rate and fullscreen mode. (or other rate but it has some side-effects..) |

I connected my Amiga M1438s monitor to my x1900s digital input using the provided converter. when I choose vsync on and 50hz pointer is moving like a frog jumping very fastly (it must be super frog!) Only way I can get a smooth pointer by choosing the 57hz. In fact turning the vsync on or off does not change anything visually. What am I doing wrong? Do I need a specifix monitor driver? Or do I need to set something with catalyst control center?
Under Windows every resolution and every refresh rate seems very smooth. Especially when using this multisync monitor although right now I have a nasty flickering 1024 768 screenmode |
