Looking for programming editor that might have been GoldEd but maybe not

Grasping straws here. Sorry.

Back in 95 or so I invested in very nice programming editor and bought the shareware license for it. I remember that it looked very fancy (and green IIRC) and had all the bells and whistles one could ever wish for. IIRC you could add menu items for compilation and so on. It was also a tad slow on vanilla A1200 as it was doing many things all the time (keyword coloring and so on).

I looked at GoldEd but can't really say if it is the same I had back in the day. Oddly, the only thing I seem to remember is that the developer was some Italian guy.

So the question is: was there (in 1995 or so) any other modern looking developer editor other than GoldEd and if there was, is it still available somewhere.

I think that was my second shareware purchase and it was a big thing as I was generally broke all the time. First was MechForce, of course (it still is one of the best games ever made).

• StormEd? (2.0 integrated GoldEd, and had some green in it.)
• FrexxEd?

The version on Amy Resource CD is still shareware and I probably have lost the keyfile at some point or another. I know it is a long shot, but

1. does someone know a way Giovanni Lambiase, the author of the editor, can be contacted or
2. has a valid keyfile at hand or
3. knows where one can buy a new keyfile for ProgEd
