and later on, can't remember the mag but the one with phycho santa on it lol

Oh shit yeah! We played the Lemmings Xmas demo of 1993 and we loved it so much!
also the countless hours wasted after xmas with Wing Commander.

I think it is was the Xmas of `87 that I remember getting our first Amiga 500m I was 9 years old and totally blown away by it, spent the whole xmas ingnoring the other presents and just playing away on the Amiga

good memories. When we moved back to the UK a year later though things got better with Amiga games and software for the following Xmas and then an A1200 for the xmas of 1992. Great memories, wish I could sometimes jump back to the late eighties and early nineties.

A1200 was 1992-3, If I remember correctly. If only my mother had held out 6 months, I would have had a nice new shiny A1200HD instead of an A600HD.

I got my first Amiga (A500) in about mid 1990 but what i DID get for Christmas that year was a game compilation from Sister that had Strider, Chase HQ, Indiana Jones (the arcade game which was already bundled with the A500 when i first got it) & Ghouls n' Ghosts

I was as happy as a Pig in shit!
