XRGB Mini: Can you use Composite & S-Video or only one?

Hi guys, I'm going to be connecting 7 retro systems to an XRGB Mini as follows (hopefully). Can I use both the Composite and S-Video inputs and switch between them, or is it a case of "either/or" not both?

Amiga: SCART in*
Commodore 64: S-Video in
Atari 400 (modded): Composite in**
Apple //e: Composite in**
ZX Spectrum Next: HDMI pass through
SNES Mini: HDMI pass through
[Amstrad PCW 8512: own monitor]

*Using JP21 SCART adapter cable
**Shared via Y-cable
