One Must Fall 2097

I remember playing a game a lot, it was called One Must Fall 2097 or something like that. But can't remember if it was on my amiga or not. Anyone else heard of it?

It was a fighting game between robot kind of creatures.
I got the soundtrack from it which is a MOD sound file so I'm guessing it's from the Amiga platform.

AFAIK, it's only for the PC. I remember the DOS demo for this game years ago in my 486 days

Actually apparently Epic have released OMF full version now. It can still be played on a new pc. At least with editing the gameplay speed here I get it running slower than it should on a 1.7 ghz

Yeah I remember it was a demo too, I love the soundtrack tho.

Drake1009:
Are you talking about a remake or did they never release a full version?

They released the full version for sale. But now they've apparently released it for free download.

gamehippo.com has it listed among it's freeware games.

There is also a beta of One Must Fall 2097 , that have only the pilots, and not the robots, so you can play with the pilots. I think it's available on the home of underdogs site

Anyway, I never liked OMF that much. Amiga has Shadow Fighter

Never got shadow fighter to work the times I tried to get it to work on the Amiga.

Wouldn't making the fighters fight make a lot of extra work since it'd be redundant graphics? The robots needed to be made anyway.
