Making IFF music sample
This is my first post on EAB and I just thought I would start by asking a little question in regards to making music samples on a pc for use on an AMIGA 1200 . Is there a way of doing this as I'm really struggling getting a decent quality sample from using my sound sampler add-on connected to my pc's sound output

You can load .wav file as sample with Open Mod Plug Tracker for Windows and save as empty 4 channels .mod file.

If you just have an mp3 file and you want to convert it to aiff (or huge amount of formats) there is Aiff to Mp3 converter: http://www.hootech.com/aiff-mp3-converter/

On aminet there is two or more versions of "sox" a very complete converter and command line tool, but very difficult to use, and "SoundBox", an easy to use graphic tool (look on aminet also for the free key). On Windows I think that "Audacity" can convert to iff too.
