geek gadgets / ade?
hello,
1) anyone knows the status of the geek gadgets project? i have mirrored ftp.ninemoons.com daily, before the disks on BTTR server were filled up. my latest copy is from august 2004 ftp://ftp.back2roots.org/pub/geekgadgets/ is this continued somewhere? if not, anyone having a more recent copy? 2) anyone here owning any of the subscription snapshot cds willing to upload it to BTTR, to be (legally) offered to the public? thanks, ralf |

I think Ninmoons.com was run by Fred Fish who died not to long ago. I don't know about anything newer than what BTTR has.

yes, samurai, it was fred's domain. also he initiated GG.
fred gave me/bttr the permission to release all his productions about two years before his death. now i try to get hold of the stuff, for fish cds thats pretty easy, as many people bought them. but the geek gadget snapshot cds were a kind of subscription cds used to finance the project i recall from times when the site still was online, they were not in "average joe's" collection... |

I also have the updates from 9905
Its primarily gcc that I'm interested in and I've been told that gcc > 2.95ish is buggy on m68k amigaos (or buggy for m68k targets?), so I don't know if I should bother looking for a later one or not. Any suggestions? |
