Transfering my old migsy hdd to an image

err, how do i do this? Rather than risk running my ageing 1gb drive into the ground, i'd like to copy it into a virtual drive in WinUAE, any clues?

1.2 has build-in hardfile creator. ("add harddrive" and then "create hard disk image file")

NOTE1: apparently on some systems it creates corrupt hdf-image. (it is easy to see because booting/mounting the created hardfile only results in "no dos disk"-error. This should be fixed in next release.)

NOTE2: Windows 2000, XP or newer required.

can i then, once i have both the physical drive, and the virtual image mounted, just copy across the files from the hdd to the image, and the image will then boot ok?
