Problem 1084D-S1

Hello.
I'm repairing a monitor 1084S-D1.
It has the following defects.
1) 3 horizontal lines. They are red, green and blue.
2) In the upper right corner, the image is as moved.

3) In the upper left corner, as the image is moved.

I changed the electrolytic capacitors of the PSU.
Any suggestions?

what's the common point between the capacitors of the PSU and the capacitors of your 1084S-D1 monitor ?

If the capacitors of your monitor are "dry" or "dead", then changing only the PSU capacitors won't be enough.

But beware, monitors hold very high tensions, and must be done only by certified persons, there a danger of death with them.

I have the exact same problem in my 1084S-D1, changed all electrolytic capacitors and problem remais. So it must be component failing or bad solder join, cause it don't start to show when power on, only after 10 min or so, after getting warm.

That curving at the top can be adjusted on some Amiga monitors using the pin cushioning control.

Hello JLPedro.
I had the same problem as yours. I solved by changing some capacitors and changing the tin in the flyback and tin which is in the circuit that connects in the tube. Remove old tin.
