Emulation speed

it will be in the future the chance to have an option concerning the emulation speed as in mame? thanks for your reply.

There are 2 methods:

Whole emulation speed changes: FPS.Adj in Display panel.
CPU speed only: CPU panel.

If you want to slow the emulation speed down (like MAME would), use FPS.Adj. Might help if you could tell us why you would like to do it.

I Would to reduce speed of kick off 2 but maintaining the smooth scrolling

I don't think it's possible to slow down the action without also slowing down the scrolling. Usually everything is timed together, even the sound.
