Using M1438 to play native games

I connected my M1438S to my Saphire HD4850 VGA output. (Samsung BW206 connected to DVI)

Now how do I make Winuae output the exact native resolutions to my M1438S?

Unfortunately it's non-trivial, but http://wiki.arcadecontrols.com/wiki/Soft-15khz is a starting point.

Is it possible to implement into WinUAE? What if I wanted to use native resolutions via a TVout of a suitable graphx card?

Implement what? Available display modes are handled by OS and display card driver.
