Conversion MBP TO IFF (batch with NCONVERT)

Hello.
I converted with Nconvert my bmp to iff in bulk, but the palette is not the right colours when loaded in AmosPro.
So I made a clean Palette.iff file converted with Photoshop the colours are the same when loaded, but the planes still don't have the right colour. I have the impression that the files are badly converted in their structure.
Does anyone have an idea?
I'm working on winuae so it's a fast workflow.
V:\PAPP\XnView\nconvert.exe -overwrite -c 1 -colours 32 -out iff "P:\The Cthulhu Project\GFX\*.bmp"

are you sure this tool preserves palette order? In my experience they don"t.

You can try perhaps convert your bmp to iff with personal paint. I use this tool to convert images (generally in png) to iff format
