Restore Trashcan to OS 3.9 Workbench

Some time ago I deleted the Trashcan from my WB 3.9 desktop. While there's another in the system folder I've been unable to restore the trashcan icon to the Workbench. The trashcan in the system folder won't copy or Put to the WB.
Any experienced users?

The Os 3.9 trashcan is provided by BenchTrash, a program that should be run in WBStartup or the startup-sequence. In case you lost the program, a newer version can be found in aminet.

Ok Thanks. I remember now I also changed the name from Benchtrash to Trashcan.

Ok I've successfully installed the Aminet version. Thank You for some great work btw, I didn't know this was your material. The icon name on the Workbench is "Trashcan" and the location (greyed out in the edit window) is SYS:Trashcan/ Is this normal? I had previously, a rubbishbin in the System folder that I called Trashcan and I just changed it to BenchTrash but the desktop icon is still Trashcan after reboot and path remains SYS:Trashcan/?

There is a manual that comes with the program. You can double-click on the trashcan icon and there select the location, or put that into the tool types.

Ok Thanks. Changed the tooltypes to Global and system folder is available.
