How long do ppl wait for RP ?

Hi,
I bought a refurb computer from Retro Passion in July last year.
I accept that they are quite busy a lot of the time !
But I do wonder how long a time you guys have waited for stuff.
I don't know maybe 7 months is ok, am I being unreasonable ?

"a bit", yeah.

I guess they sell stuff they don't even own (yet) and need to find and prepare it first when someone orders. Good for them they are not located here in Germany, as that way of doing business would be illegal here.

The answer is "whatever time frame still allows you to dispute the payment through your credit card company"

Assuming the payment was made with a credit card that would be true. Just keep in mind that, Paypal and eBay for example will have different time frames.

I emailed around december for an update, and eventually heard back after a week or so saying there were problems with the motherboards.
In any case I just heard late yesterday the order was cancelled and am being reimbursed what I paid, and that it wasn't fair I had waited all this time.

I was shocked to be honest !
ended so suddenly !
