Most of LK Avalon games has this protection on 80 track, "Rajd przez Polske" too. I dont remember author/coder name, but later he was mentioned inside .nfo files, available on WT cracks. From my memory for LK AVvalon games first time was used for "Monster" game. And previously in a few titles from other publishers.

Were LK Avalon a dodgy publisher? I have a Polish compilation on C64 called '4GRY' by LK Avalon that has all cracked games on it!

I dont think that You have C64 compilation from LK Avalon.
Here is list of most games published by LK Avalon, I think.

Some titles are missing, f.e. Smus for Amiga. No compilation too.
Name "4GRY" (4GAMES) looks like pirated collection of games. Exactly collection number 4 with C64 games.

First LK Avalon track protection was copylock by Joy/Freezers, decoded ID was "JOY!", if i remember right.
Second LK Avalon track protection was Backtrack by Bald Horse/TRSI, if i remember right he was author of MegaBlast game published by LK Avalon.
Alderan used copylock by Andy Brent from Katharsis/Action Direct/Union (if i remember right, but im not expert of polish demoscene).

No surprise sceners/demosceners created those protections, lots of talented people there!

I checked my 4GRY compilation (2 disks) and it is an LK Avalon release! One of the files in the directory is called: 1995 "(C) BY LK AVALON" and one disk has "(C) Laboratorium Komputerowe AVALON" on the printed label and when loading says: (C) 1995 for Polish Edition by LK AVALON

Which C-64 games are on these 2 disks? Maybe LK Avalon sold these games as budget version. On Amiga very often budget version has no protection or was cracked too.

I made a little progress:
Polonista - was redumped and Disk 3 shows track 0.1 OK now
Edukacja Zestaw 3 was redumped - and track 71 should be good now
Bad news is Skaut Disk 3 need to be opend and fixed becuse after cleaning disk stopped rotating
Will try redump more soon

Polinista_D3_v3 shows lots of missing sectors but Track 0.1 was good so used that to make a working Disk 3 from your previous dump!

Edukacja Zestaw 3 is OK now!

Uploaded Unofficial IPF's of Edukacja Zestaw 3 / Polonista / Skaut to The Zone!

If disk 3 of Skaut has become detached from the hub then the only thing you can do is carefully open the disk and replace the platter then write the IPF of Disk 3 to it!!

Nothing like over protecting your disks! Some Amiga games had manual protection, disk protection and custom mfm just to piss you off!

I checked all my dumps in DTC and redumped some after checking
Super TaeKwonDo Master all disks (Disk 0 and Disk 1 for me looks identical just different disk layout)
Desert Wolf Disk 1
Heliosfera Disk 1
Operacja Waz Morski
Azja shows Track 35.1 as Unknown (after redump same result)
Edukacja Zestaw 3 v3 (after converting to IPF not working) --- YOUR IPF IS WORKING...

* i'm using disk-utilities-master-59d7c6e-bin-64bit and noticed different CRCs ater converting my dumps to IPFs...
for example:

I am sure the IPF will have a different CRC every time you create it as the IPF header contains the date and time of the IPF creation.
