Lionheart
Anyone ever play this game to the end?
I got as far as a flying airship after riding to it on some kind of Taun-taun type thing and jumped on to a swinging platform but I could never ever get off of it and the airship just seemed to scroll on and on for ages. Was always a source of frustration that I never got to finish it so any clues would be much appreciated! |

I never even made it out of the first level. Through the caves it went fairly well, but I just never got through all of it.

Exactly what emulator are the two of you using to play that game?! From what I heard from many sources (including andreas' home page here), all known versions of WinUAE bugger the game up to nonplayability!

Well I mostly played it on WinUAE with a standard A1200 setup (AGA, 68020, 2MB chip). In my list I made that's what I listed the game as working on for emulators. Now seeing as WinUAE has always been slow for me (AGA and OCS alike) I can't say anything about speed.
Oh yeah. I just remembered. I think there were a slight graphics bug in the emulator. Not sure. If there was something which would make the game unplayable I'm sure I'd have noted it. |

Real Amiga A1200 with an 030 accelerator - cant remember exact type - for me. I did get it working a couple of years ago on an emulator but can't for the life of me remember which. It was probably WinAE though.
Does anyone know if this will run off of HDD? I tried copying the files over but it doesnt seem to work for me. |

Lionheart runs fine from hard disk. I can't remember if it needs assigns, or if there is an installer with the game.
You should use the WHDLoad installer for Lionheart... |

Hmmm, actually I can't remember whether Lionheart crashes on WinUAE or not (it's been some time since I last fired the game up on that thing), but I certainly not the emulation of the game is crap anyhow!
But WinFellow appears to act worse towards it. Just a second into the start of the game and BANG, the sprites disappear, the screen sticks, and the little piece of music goes on a neverending loop... Did Lionheart use the full brunt of the Amiga's power originally, I wonder? |

Lionheart
I'm in the scene where you ride and then i must jump to the ship (propably climbing the rope). How do i get to the ship? I've tried to jump there but i never succeed. Well i've used the fly-cheat to get there but i'd want to get there WITHOUT cheating you know . So any help here ?

I completed Lionheart. You must jump from dino on platform below ship, and then on platform - crouch, press fire and turn joystick right and left, right and left rhytmically. Platform will reach higher level - and jump from it on ship. Sorry for my english.

Yes i've completed this game too on normal difficulty. But now i don't have to use the only cheat (fly-cheat) that i had to use to get to the ship. Thanks for the help adamst85.

Hey Bamiga 2002 - did you see 2 different endings? With or without magic potion for Lionheart's wife/girlfriend.
