Mount hd0 from terminal
Hi... I have problems running fs-uae from terminal on Mac OS using a directory as hard drive.
Example: /Applications/FS-UAE.app/Contents/MacOS/fs-uae /Users/xyz/Documents/FS-UAE/Configurations/myconfig.fs-uae hard_drive_0 = /Users/xyz/Documents/game It runs FS-UAE with that specific configuration but the HD is missing and only the boot screen appears. Am I doing something wrong ? It works with ADF Floppies if I use floppy_drive_0 = somewhere/test.adf Thanks for any advise ! |

That depends on how the "game" should be run. It might be lack of s/Startup-Sequence, hence you just see only kickstart screen. You could try to run workbench as the first harddrive and add second drive with the game.
Also, you have to pass config params with '--', i.e.: Code:
fs-uae /path/to/config.fs-uae --hard_drive_0=/path/to/game Last edited by gryf; 07 August 2023 at 13:55. |

Hi gryf, thanks for you hint.
It's not about a game in this case, also an empty hard disk added without a startup-sequence or anything at least boots into the cli. I will give it a try, just strange that it works with 'floppy_drive_0=xyz' without the -- param. |
