CD32 MPEG Cartridge ROM (391777-01)

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place for bug reports, but here goes anyway, just move this if it should be moved .

In simple words, the size in rommanagers list for the new "CD32 MPEG Cartridge ROM (391777-01)" in 2.7 is wrong.
In the rommanager it expects a 256kb file, but the real file is 512kb, as shown below.
The 56077abd82b652f054f76002dde2bcd533198cc2 sha1 is the one which is listed as correct in the rommanager cpp file (crc matches too of course).

Code:
56077abd82b652f054f76002dde2bcd533198cc2  CD32 MPEG Cartridge ROM (391777-01).rom
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 524288 Dec 20 09:33 CD32\ MPEG\ Cartridge\ ROM\ (391777-01).rom
However, I do get this in the log:
Code:
!: Name='C:\Amiga\Roms\CD32 MPEG Cartridge ROM (391777-01).rom':524288
CRC32=2D3D82A4 SHA1=13CE8501900EB329DD4A1E926622852A13BAD90E
And I have no idea where it gets those sha1/crc's from, they are certainly not matching with the file, nor with the file if truncated to 256kb.

WinUAE expects 256k ROM (I was told it is 256k. 512k would not make any sense) and if beginning of ROM image matches, it is accepted, overdumped part will be ignored.

But in this case, it is the other way around. The hash WinUAE expects is of the 512 kb full file, not the first 256kb of that file.
The hash of the first 256kb of this file is a1ca2d717efb6c60b9bfabeb0280ae97e82b0cb9 with a crc of c2002d08.

Ah, ok, it will be fixed in next version. (Unless someone proves MPEG ROM is really 512k)
