Looking for tool to convert ADF's into different types

Hello,
I want to convert an HD-Adf-File into an DD-Adf-File. With original Hardware it is easy. You only need to close the hole with tape. Is there something similar as a Tool?

I am wondering if your question should not be reworded to : How can we create ADF of different sizes.
I do not remember it clearly but it seems to me that HD floppy disks require a mountlist as only DD floppy are handled by default on Amiga (correct me if I am wrong). Thus you should be able to create any size of ADF as long as you load your mountlist first.

I don't get it.. Any file of the correct size with a .adf extension would be good enough. Create an empty file of the correct size with any means you wish.

I had to learn, that ADF-Files cant handle game copys with copy protection. I thought i could use a Trick but it is obsolete if ADF cant handle it.
