Ncftp in Amiberry with bsdsocket

Hi,

I have a emulated amiga (CPU 68040) on Amiberry on a RPi 5.
I want to have networking. Enabled the bsdsocket check box in the configuration.
I now have a executable of ncftp. Installed ixemul v48.
When I run the executable from the command line, a window appears wanting AmiTCP.
I thought that with bsdsocket.library I didn't need AmiTCP or any TCP stack.
How can I do FTP in this system ?

Thanks,
Regards

I just tried something with amiberry v6.1.4 & v5.6.6 on x86-64 host...

...using aweb, the URL <username>@192.168.1.102 works, prompts for password and connects, download files... so the bsdsocket layer seems to work...so it must be something specific to ncftp.

ncftp needs an assign on "AmiTCP:"

So something like "assign AmiTCP: RAM:" will take care of that ... works fine with Amiberry and got nothing to do with bsdsocket.lib
