1260 Blizzard only showing as 68040 in Showconfig?
Have a Blizzard 1260 running fine in my A1200 (Latest CWB installed)
Setpatch is 43.6 68060.library is 46.7 68040.library is 46.5 All running well with PFS3 But... when I use showconfig in Tools it only reports the card as being a cpu 68040/68040fpu and underneath the board is unidentified. I'm sure under other installs of WB I have seen it reported as what it actually is... Any ideas? |

This is perfectly normal. Commodore did not have any 060 based Amigas during development of ShowConfig.
I would recommend trying Piru's WhichAmiga instead. |

because when workbench 3.1 was done in 1993-1994 there is no 060 on any amiga
they arrive after 1995-1996 in the A4000T done by escom and turboboards done by phase 5 ,GVP ect |

They're right, but still, make sure you have the latest Phase5 68040.library, 68040old.library, 68040new.library and 68060.library in Libs:. Yes, you need all of them, get them here:

I think it was fixed in 3.9 - maybe that's what I had installed when I remember seeing the correct values.
Thanks for the replies - those are the libs I am using (above link) so I think all is installed correctly. Last check - Can anyone who has a Blizzard 1260 using WB 3.1 have a quick check and see if their card only states 040... please. |

My BPPC with 060 states a 040 on WB 3.1.
