asm routine to reloc amiga executable
Hi,
I know this is a lot to ask but Anyone has a ready-to-use asm routine that takes in input an executable image (no overlays!!) and relocates it over itself? I'd like to replace the one I'm using in CD32load because it is buggy. |

Try the attachment, i've used it since 1993 with no issues, and I used it on commercially released titles as well

Wew the code is really short. I'm not sure that it can relocate more that 1 section right? But I prefer that to my currently bloated code which I don't understand fully and which has strange bugs. I'll have to adapt it anyway because of whdload relocate tags (alignment, ...) so this is cool. Last edited by jotd; 10 March 2016 at 07:53. |

There were ton of tiny reloc routines in various exe-decrunchers.. I would 'borrow' one of those
