Identifying the original MOD/SID files by MIDI conversions/covers

Way back in the '90s, my dad converted/covered some Amiga and C64 tunes with Music-X. Most of them i've either already known or accidentally stumbled upon since, but there are five MIDI files, which origins still remain unknown.

The files are available here: oscomp.hu/depot/Apa_Amiga_MIDI.zip

The filenames/titles were given to the MIDI files by him. Sometimes - when he only knew the cracktro/demo/game and covered the tune by ear - he named the MIDI after the group or the game. Sometimes he had the MOD/SID and gave the exact same filename to the MIDI. But sometimes he just named them ad-hoc; only he knew how and why...

Any help in identifying the original tunes of these MIDIs is greatly appreciated.
