Barbarian conflicts?

Was there ever some sort of legal conflict/dispute over the title Barbarian? I mean, they were both 'big' profile titles and software houses. Sure, those were innocent times...Did Psygnosis come first, or Palace with the 8-bit versions of their ultra-violent game? Palace's was the hit, but I've always preferred the Psygnosis weird mouse approach, and completed it with no cheating. A point'n'click adventure actually if you think about it! The sequel was crap, the Palace sequel with the disk-swapping Skeleton (a classic! ) and weird monsters was great IMO.
So, which one's for you?

Point'n'click? I don't remember that. I remember using the joystick. In either game.

EDIT: after a quick check on HOL (obviously) it seems I was wrong. Shame on me.

why not Skrull the Barbarian? http://hol.abime.net/1963

however thePalace one to me. it's the only one i've played back in the time and albeit i didn't like it, i prefer it to the others, it has a kinda of intimate ambientation with its little action space and little cute goblins that take care of the fallen character and kick their heads as a ball.

Hmm, didn't know about that one. Seems though from the screenshot, the final title is just "Skrull". Or not? Maybe they wanted to avoid trouble.
