Req: Murders in Space (adf)
Hello everyone and happy new year.
I am desperately looking for Murders in Space in adf format for use with the WinUAE. I have searched all over the web but I was out of luck. If anyone can direct me to it I'll greately appreciate it. I am also looking for HELP with the game. So if you played it and would like to share a hint or two drop me a pm and let me know. Best regards Nick PS I do have the original copy of the game if anyone is curious. |

Hiya
The games are in TOSEC so I guarantee if you read the FAQ (like you was supposed when you first joined) you'll recieve a link to a webpage which I guarantee will contain a couple of cracked versions As for help and tips, not played this game before I'm afraid!! |

BLoody hell I be polite, I point someone in the right direction and I get the attitude..
Firstly TOSEC is just a project to identify and rename Amiga ADF's and that is it.. Secondly: Quote:
there is a link that reads Where can I get Amiga Games/Software from? now if you clicked on that you would get: Quote:
And for attitude I suggest a mirror! |

If you still believe I haven't checked the FAQ out check the two links yourself.
They dont' work. Why would I be posting in the rare games forum if the game wasn't rare to find? I have searched EVERY single link there and I didn't come across a single ADF version of the game. In any case I apologize for my behaviour but I get upset when people automaticaly assume something about me especially when they are wrong about it. |

I've just tried the following link from the FAQ and downloaded Murders In Space:

Holy f*ck guys!
I think it's an open secret that this IDIOTIC interface of planetemu causes trouble with many browsers and/or OSes (imagine someone has a Mac and cannot download because this interface only supports IE), hence it makes no sense raving about FAQs and stuff. Moreover, the new interface runs at snail's pace. Murders in Space uploaded to the zone. (Bloody hell, sometimes I really wonder what has become of this forum! People manage to rave 11 (ELEVEN) days about reading FAQs, without anyone uploading the game for him in this long time period!) Last edited by andreas; 21 January 2005 at 05:26. |

Thank you CodyJarret and Bippym for testing out the link for me and Andreas for uploading the game to the zone.
I am indeed not using the microsoft browser but mozilla firefox. It comes up with a pop up message saying that the site doesn't exist. Once I've read your message andreas I switched to MSIE but the page url still doesn't show up. Whatever the problem might be thank you all for your help and I apologize once more for my sudden burst of anger. Best Regards Nick |

It would seem that Planetemu have just taken down the amiga games section. It no longer appears in the list of Amiga stuff. By the way it used to work in Opera, Firefox and IE.
