Matt Chat 79: Scott Adams

Matt interviewed Scott Adams (not the guy of Dilbert, but of SAGA fame). Enjoy!

(Some games can be downloaded here.) Actually, I've never heard of him before. Strange, because his first game came out the same year that (Colossal Cave) Adventure was finished.

Nice!

I can't totally understand spoken english, but youtube transcribing feature helps. Well, most of it is actually total nonsense but helps to fill the gaps I can't get just by listening!

There goes a pic of the Scott Adams works in my personal text adventure collection. I still lack a lot of Mr. Adamas stuff!

Yeah, I agree, it would be much more useful in some kind of text format rather than this YouTube rubbish which bandwidth issues make it impractical for most people to view.

I appreciate in particular his comment about the mind's eye (who doesn't know the effect from film and movie?) and the bit the founders of Sierra. Great episode.
