I've got one of each, but neither are modded.

I'd love to get a hold of a Jap sat and a copy of Radiant

I have both a mod and an Action Replay 4M+

edit: I must also add I got it 2nd hand AFTER it's commercial death in 2002, so it is not my fault! but I added the mod....

you don't need to mod a dreamcast, you can play copies/homebrew without doing anything

(Any news on the site?)

I thought you had to increase the voltage of the laser in order to play cdrw, vcds, backups etc?

the DC eats anything

This is the best console ever made, no need to do any hardwaremod, just grab some gameiomage and start burning...

you only need to adjust the laser to play cdrw. Just use cdr and you'll be fine

Actually you need to mod the DC in order to play LEGAL imports.. ironically. Pirated versions boot just fine though.

Send a message via ICQ to Unknown_K
The original ISOs released needed a bootdisk, later releases would boot on their own. I believe the last batch of Dreamcasts were fixed so that the boot disks would not work, but not that many were made like that. There are also a couple versions of the bootdisk, one allows the use of the VGA adapter while the original did not (I think).
