Question Auto-fire

Sometimes, but not very often, WinUAE turns into automatic-firebutton mode. Even when I haven’t fiddled with the emulator-settings the firebutton in games gets automatically pressed. It usually occurs when I have played numerous games.

Has any had similar experiences? By the way: I use WinUAE release 3, November 2001 in Windows XP.

Arrow

You seem to have touched the Enter key (on numeric keypad) by accident. Hit it again and autofire goes off. This applies for Keyboard emulation, type A.
Keyboard emulation type B has autofire on/off toggle button set to right shift key.

Hooooo Firebutton key?

Many thanks. I did not know WinUAE had a automatic firebutton feature! I should have read the FAQ or manual that came with the emulator.
