Looking for working audio mixer in AmigaOS 3.1.4 + Mediator

Reinstalling my A4000 CSPPC Mediator setup with 3.1.4 ROMs and Workbench/OS. Unfortunately I can't seem to find a working audio mixer:

- GhostMix requires Reaction (AOS 3.5 or 3.9)
- TaskiMixer doesn't work ("can't create application" or something similar in a shell window), requires MUI, which I installed, version 3.8.
- Mediator Mixer doesn't work ("Waiting for disk activity to finish")

Anyone knows an alternative I can use?

TaskiMixer requires Lamp Mui Custom Class, you can download it from AmiNet:

*EDIT and additionally if you don't rtfm :

Installation:

1. Copy TsiMixerInit to c:
2. Remove all Elbox's mixer softare from user-startup and startup-sequence
3. Add "TsiInitMixer" to your startup-sequence.
4. Run TsiMixer :)

I did all that, but I'll try again. I do assume the readme contains an error.

It wouldn't make sense to me to put TsiMixerInit in C
And then is s-s run TsiInitMixer

You're probably right. I had the following in User-Startup:

;BEGIN Mixer
C:TsiMixerInit
;END Mixer

As another option - would GhostMix run with ClassAct I wonder, given Reaction is its successor? http://aminet.net/package/dev/gui/classact33

Also perhaps try and remove TsiMixerInit from User-Startup or Startup-Sequence and run it after booting. Here for instance:

OK, somehow I now got taskimixer to run. Only issue I have now is, it won't remember the config. I.e. Which channels are muted and which are not. it also complains not finding a config file when running TsiMixerInit, so I'm still missing out on something.

Do you have the config files in ENVARC:?

On my setup I have two files in ENVARC:Mediator/Mixer

- TaskiMixer.config
- TaskiMixer.prefs
