WHDLoad tooltype for loading IndivisionAGAmk3 settings

It's possible to change the IndivisionAGAmk3 settings using the "saveapply=" command from the shell or in a script.
Would it be possible to have a tooltype doing the same thing and reverting to a global/default workbench setting?
I'm doing this already with IconX scripts but it's not perfect, the wb screen moves before getting into the game/demo, which is not super clean and it has to be done for all games, it's a pain

Or if you want it for every game, edit the files S:WHDLoad-Startup and S:WHDLoad-Cleanup.
