Permedia2 pci card. But no Warp3D. I don't remember if you need more than prometheus.library or that I also updated the chip driver. Let me check later.

EDIT:

Should work with prometheus.library 7.600 and 3dlabspermedia2.chip 7.17. I had an Elsa card running with it as a test

EDIT2:

For the interested: w3d_picasso96api thinks that any card sitting in a prometheus is a voodoo3 hence setting up the config offset wrong.

Would a Voodoo 4 work? It should right? I have one of those I could try.

Voodoo4 works nicely in 2D with the updated voodoo driver on the first page. No Warp3D, though. At least that is what I remember.

It also has all the modes it does not have on the mediatior

Voodoo4 does not work in Warp3D.

Well, I do have the MK-3 Mediator, Voodoo 4, and a Sonnet 7200 with G3 500MHz and 1MB L2 cache.

The first page drivers are prometheus drivers. Warp3d works with mediator and voodoo4. I do recommend the voodoo3 over the voodoo4 though.

Voodoo4 worked for me in Prometheus. But it's slower on SysSpeed for example as the driver is for Voodoo3 and not optimized.

I think with Ragnarok there is problem with colors on V4

No sorry with Mediator, I only had Voodoo 3 with my Prometheus which did work with Warp3D

Still think they missed a opportunity here surely more 3D drivers for different types of video cards will make their Mediator more attractive to more potential customers

Even if they were designing it for openPCI Elbox should have the ability to make it work for their Mediators

But it’s always the same, one step forward two steps back

Change of topic now, I have an old Prometheus which I have not tried yet but I take it, it will require an update, it this easy todo or will I need todo some soldering?
