Yes, it is truly impressive.
I have to say I'm so thankful. The long awaited speedup by the extra calculation power of 020/030+ CPUs are now came to us. There are a lot of amazing stuff which are getting new life with these boosted framerates. So cool. Something I've missed since I bought my first accelerator card for my A1200.

Could anybody zone me a working copy of Red Zone? I've messed about with various files, but it always crashes just as I qualify. :-/

I see that the Total Eclipse WHDload slave now supports FastMem. I think that's all the Amiga Freescape games patched (Driller, Darkside, Total Eclipse, Castle Master, The Crypt)

Many thanks to yourself and Codetapper

Total Eclipse has a 3rd version that I don't have. I have removed support for that version in the hope that someone sends it.

The game seems more "advanced" than the others. There's framerate limitation at least so the game can't be "too fast" like the others. Really wondering why they forced the code to chip... Stupid. I just removed a MEMF_CHIP flag in an AllocMem call and it worked right away.

Interesting, Castle Master & The Crypt definitely came after Total Eclipse.

I only have the two versions widely available, SPS 1973 and SPS 2255

Jean-Francois, is Tornado/Tornado AGA still a possible candidate for further improvements to its frame rate.

I was there Gandalf. I was there 19 years ago. ;-)

I will keep my fingers crossed, and remain foolishly optimistic. ;-)

I was reading a review of Tornado (on the fabulous AGDB) :-) and the author was saying that there was a problem in the program's ability to use the 060 data cache. He said he was only getting a very slight improvement between his 030 25mhz and his 060 50 mhz. I don't know if that was dealt with in the WHDLoad patch but it matches my experiences, if I remember correctly.
