Wanted: GVP HD8 or HD+
trying to get back the same setup i had back in the early 90's so if anyone has one id be willing to take it off your hands
an A530 would be awesome but i see they're rare as hens teeth might be willing to sample a 590 for my 1.3 |

Hello Torch500+
Welcome to the EAB, i am sure you will like it here theres plenty of mischief arround here one to get into... so kick back and make yourself at home. unfortunately A530's are..... well.... if you want to sacrifice your first born to satan... you might stand a chance at getting one in ones lifetime. but theres some community hardware projects that may come to fruition... we shall see.... |

yep, you can give it 1MB chip on the board if you have an R6A mobo..
you can also configure 512MB slowmem too heres the discussion http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=31816 and here is the guide i was using. http://www.savel.org/old/amiga/upgrade.html Theres some interesting stuff going's on in the hardware sub forums... http://eab.abime.net/forumdisplay.php?f=99 I like to think it like the fires of mordor.... but then images of jope beating on a ring or two come to mind.... its scairy... remember you must placate the the hardware mods.... beer and pizza is his one jope's favourites... |
