I think this file is empty or may have some special character not visible in Windows.
Translated title is X-Mas Failure.

Ok, have done the following:

... Downloaded the root level files individually.
... Created the directory "pliki" and then saved all files under this individually.
... Created the directory "pliki\sfont" and then saved all files under this individually.
... Created the directory "pliki\sfont\futurab_pl" and then saved all files under this individually.
... Zipped everything up and loaded into WinUAE using a configuration that has a hard drive.
... Copied everything to the hard drive and then created an .LHA file.
... Copied this across to my computer and now uploaded to The Zone!

I also tested and all seems ok, but can't be sure.

Would be better to get the original "D6-SwiatecznaAwaria.lha" file

Yup, that file seems to be an issue. The copy I managed to get is empty
