Yeah no Akiko used then, which is why stock A1200’s can run Wing Commander via Whdload running at the same speed then.

So even fewer games used Akiko than originally thought!

I’ve asked him about the expansion, may be a while for a reply!

What I mean was, Wing commander seems to need akiko for efficient C2P.

The original C2P runs faster on a Cd32 than the patch C2P, but the opposite is true for A1200

Edit : also, thanks for asking. I should have mentioned.. if he still has source or his cruncher tools that would be useful in porting secret missions.

Looks to be great work on this, just got a CD32 would it be possible to reupload this to the zone again

Here the menu was not working using it from HD. And the used c2p is crashing the game in my CD32 SX32. Only running without works.

I found out recently why 030 CPUs crash with Akiko, there's even a tool on aminet to fix it.

I'm not sure if it's worth putting it on that disc though - the readme here points out that using Akiko C2P on Wing Commander would likely slow the game down on an 030 setup.

I could maybe look at updating the menu so that the Akiko C2P option is off by default if there's an 030 installed. Not sure about that HDD bug though?
