WTB PSXPort PSX joystick to parallel port adapter

I'm looking for a PSX Port, Playstation Joystick to parallel port adapter by Joe Fenton, which was supported by some Quake and Doom ports and a few commercial games back in the day. If you have one, but don't intend to sell it an ADF dump of the driver disk or a copy of psxport.device would also be very helpful. This is the adapter in question:

I've seen this, and I thought about making my own adapter without the "data lines as power" hack, but I don't know if the Amiga version uses the same data lines as this one. The 5 pins can be wired to the parallel port data lines in a lot of ways, so in order to be compatible with PSXPort I'd have to use the same pinout on the DB25 side.
Also it would be nice if I didn't have to write my own psxport.device replacement from scratch.

Thanks a lot! In the meantime I got the drivers from another source, but I saved the ADF for preservation purposes
