Expansion card for A1200
Does anyone know of a reliable place based in the UK (other than AmigaKit) where i can purchase an A1200 memory expansion board?
I did look at retropassion but it looks like they dont sell them. Geezer |

If you want one from iComp you can send it my way (Germany) and I'll forward it onwards.

Out of curiosity, is it just a memory expansion you're looking for, or memory plus CPU?

Hi McG - I actually have one of the Analogic cards that I bought not working and when I swapped out the SIMM it seems fine. Have an 030 in the 1200 and a vampire 1200 in the post so it's not needed.
If you are interested - pm me and we can sort something out. I'll need to test it a bit but don't want to fiddle with removing my accelerator if you don't need it any more. |

They invest in nothing new for the Amiga AFAIK, they apparently sat on a vast Amiga Inventory for decades, then spent the last 10 years having the longest Amiga closing down sale in history. |

Well, lucky for them that they could hold onto the inventory all these years. It's a sellers market again. :-)
