Slow screen redraw in WinUAE + OS3.9 + RTG

This happened a while ago that my WinUAE config that uses A1200 ROM, OS3.9, 128mb FAST and RTG with free Picasso driver started drawing everything slowly?

If I open a folder, it is so slow to show all the icons it could take a minute or more to show? And all screen redraws seem slow too!

Anyone have an idea what could be the issue or settings to check?

So comparing configs line by line and changing any that were different from 030 config this line was the issue: cpu_speed=

When both configs were compared in WinUAE both showed 'Fastest possible' but in the config that ran slow it was showing cpu_speed=real in the config?

Manually changing it to cpu_speed=max made it run like it should, fast!
