Disable LALT-ESC
It would be nice to be able to disable the LALT-ESC key combination from minimizing the Amiga display. I use that combination as a hot key on the Amiga. I'll admit that LALT-ESC works a lot better then LALT-TAB but I don't switch very often between Windows and the Amiga, so that combination as a hot key for the Amiga is much more useful then for minimizing the screen.
If there is already a way to do it I haven't found it yet, and I've tried. If there is please advice. |

Windows built-in shortcuts usually can't be disabled, at least without using some hacks which can break in future Windows updates or versions.
Rawinput RIDEV_NOHOTKEYS should disable hotkeys but for some reason it only disables some hotkeys which is confusing.. |

Maybe I'm not understanding something here. Using LALT-ESC on the Amiga side has never been a problem until after WinUAE 2100, this is the highest version I can use because when I hit that key combination on higher versions the WinUAE display suddenly minimizes. When I maximize the display the operation that LALT-ESC was supposed to do on the Amiga side has been done. It looks like higher versions of WinUAE then 2100 are detecting LALT-ESC, minimizing the display, and then passing the keys on to the Amiga. I'm talking LALT-ESC, NOT LALT-TAB. I actually went back and tried the older versions and the problem started with the release after 2100. I'm running XP and nothing changed during the testing. |

It is DirectInput to RawInput switch that makes the difference.
RawInput is much better except it has this slightly leaky NOHOTKEYS filter. |

I had no idea that LALT-ESC was a windows hot key until I tried it. It seems to cycle which open window is active. Is there anyway that I can get around this? Is there a way for me using the GUI to change back to the old input method? |

Try -norawinput command line parameter but it may break input configuration.
