Got Donkey Kong Returns for 3DS at my local used shop and not a buy but a nice find rummaging through my attic: Maniac Mansion manual and Nuke protection codes + Dungeon Master manual.

Weird 72 pin 32Mb simms. They look like they were pulled from a server but have a configuration I've never seen before. 10+2 chips per side.
They fit and are recognised by my CS MKII Not sure what speed they are. Some chips have a 6 suffix & some 7 (60/70ns?). Will do some testing. I have 10 of these Figured it out: HM5117400AS6 x 16 @ 60ns = 128Mb HM514100CS7 x 8 @ 70ns = 32Mb (i.e. parity) Last edited by nogginthenog; 18 September 2019 at 19:14. Reason: Adding more info |

Atari 2600 Jr. boxed!
With a 32-in-1 cart. I've always wanted one, ever since I was younger, but could never really justify getting it, since it's video output was shit, the actual graphics were equally shit, and more importantly, I'd never play it. But I wanted a real Atari CX40 joystick, and it had the cart I wanted too, so... Also! Big bunch of loose Amiga floppies! Now I have loads of doubles. Anyone wanna trade? (Maybe I should make a thread) |

I pre-ordered a MNT ZZ9000 (Batch 2) for my A4000T to replace the Cybervision 64/3d + Scandoubler I have in it currently. Hopefully USB functionality won't be too far off so it can replace the X-Surf 100/RapidRoadUSB as well.

Haynes Driving Games Manual
Picked this up yesterday
https://www.amazon.com/Driving-Games.../dp/1844255263 (from a "shop" not from Amazon) Was meant to be shopping for the wife's birthday but couldn't resist it. Lots of retro driving games goodies inside. Did a very quick video on it. [ Show youtube player ] |

Just ordered sockets and RAM chips to populate the empty RAM slots on my A500 Re 6a motherboard. Both orders from China. Sockets will arrive between 22/9 - 30/10. RAM Chips will arrive 3/10 - 6/11.
I have a 512K trapdoor expansion where I can pinch the RAM chips from, if the RAM order arrives much later than the sockets. |

Jimmy White's Whirlwind Snooker, boxed complete for the Amiga.
I've always loved the huge manual, and second history manual too! And Powermonger for the Atari ST. |

Is there anything like QuickShot QS-128F with USB??
I loved that joystick on Amiga, but I wish I can use it with PC too. |

https://restore-store.de/home/58-usb...ldsinchai.html Found mentioned in this thread on USB adapters: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=92181 I don't know if an adapter will work with this joystick though. If I read up on it, it sounds like a complicated beasty which had built-in support for switching to different pin layouts. |

That was I was wondering if USB one exists.
I used to own maverick iirc, and loved that with Amiga. I will probably still get one for Amiga, but mostly I play on PC, due to room setup. Thanks! |

I had no idea about this game until you posted, but have been playing it all day, thank you -- it's immense!
The pixel art style is interesting (and reminds me in places of Beneath a Steel Sky) but the gameplay is so finely tuned. It's really well crafted and the level design is solid. I think anybody who likes Castlevania, or even Rick Dangerous, will find a lot to like here. I've had to stop playing it because my controller ran out of juice |

The retrobit usb adapter works well too but only supports a single fire button - no matter which Joystick. Last edited by Nightshft; 30 September 2019 at 02:52. |
