NTSC CD32 and Flatscreen TV (PAL Mode?)

I have a NTSC CD32. Nearly 100% of my games are PAL... so I usually have to start them via my SX-1 and a degrader utility (the built-in PAL isn't always good enough). I have been using my CD32 with an Amiga 1084 monitor for YEARS, but my last Amiga monitor is starting to flake out. I don't have a flatscreen TV, but I was wondering if flatscreen TVs bought in America might support PAL. I've looked for information about this online, but I'm coming up short. Any help is appreciated.

Many of the inexpensive LCDs do in fact support PAL video mode. Mostly lower costs Chinese type models.

However they tend to scale 50Hz PAL material up to 60HZ which results in slightly jerky scrolling in games and demos.
