I'd suggest we play Space Megaforce:
http://www.planetemu.net/index.php?s...wrom&id=402980 Because that's the US version of Super Aleste. Of course we could also play the japanese Super Aleste - just no PAL versions, please. |

What's wrong with the PAL-version?
Anyways, don't think I've heard about this game actually.. so it's better than Super R-type and Axelay? Well, we'll see about that...! But I'll give it a go. EDIT: Kick-ass game! 0_0 Very fair, let's you get unbelievable power-ups, and if you manage to stick to a few of them, you can bust some serious butt. And wow... I beat up Xpect! Hopefully, the trend will continue. ^^ 414160 Last edited by Predabot; 15 March 2009 at 01:11. |

I think these games are more fun than axelay and super rtype. Rtype is probably better technically but i'm not sure about axelay. Axelay didnt do it for me even though it got nice reviews for its time. Last edited by TodaysForgotten; 17 March 2009 at 22:45. |

Let's see how john does this time then. Maybe he can come up with a score that will make you play again

TF: Daaaaaaaamn... 0_o Seems like someone has been playing for "a while".
Druid: That's quite a challenge! Around twice my score, and here I thought this was going to be a more even round. Lol! ^^ I'll have to give it another try, see if I can't reach that score of yours. |

I'm sure you can Predabot Just try it a few more times and you'll get better! Still I think TF's score will take some time...

Didnt play too many SNES games in past, this one is pretty good, had no idea what I was doing, just trying to pick up everything and working out what the weapons are.

Thanks (: I never played this game before prior to today. That was a first go score. But as I said, I'm familiar with the series. |

PAL versions are mostly lazy converted and run thus ~18% slower than the NTSC-versions (US and Japan).
