Of course Would be nice if you could set up both (one with mods and one with MP3's). This way you could even make the mod one downloadable directly from your site (if it's not too big or too much trafiic).

Sorry to complain but most of the mp3 archives I downloaded from www.amigamusic.com just don't sound correct to my ear. The actual mp3 encoding is quite poor too. I had to redo the ones I wanted myself, which is no big deal, using Deliplayer and even JAM.

Amigamusic.com uses bad recordings to produce their MP3's. I have some from them and like you said they all sound 'wrong'. But mihcael's site isn't Amigamusic and his MP3's sound okay (of course the mods are the real deal ).

downloadable directly from your site.... how do you mean? is there a way to use torrents on a webserver??? Traffic was a concern before i started, but its worked out pretty good! ahhh, i get you know, just an archive with direct download!! that should be OK, EDIT - 35MB all up for mods, should do about 17-18 MB i guess when rar'd!! Yep exactly Sorry for being not clear about this. So you could make a torrent for the MP3's and just a download package for the mods (when packed with RAR or 7Zip they end up being quite small ).

The funny thing is i dont have all the mods in one place so i would have to download them! But more likely i will get someone else who is much more organised then me to make archive and upload!! |

No problem mate
Don't know how Avanze got the idea that you were running amigamusic.com, but thought I tell him that I have the same expierence with their MP3's and that you are not related to it. |

Ha ha yes, that's right. I was just pointing out, but ModP3 looks good. Nice and simple design. I will be downloading some tracks later.

100 up ! Congrats
still no Tip or Mantronix music ? BTW : some of your music use the handle of the composer whereas some other use their real name... e.g. Martin Iveson=Nuke / ANARCHY or Olof Gustafsson=Blaizer / TSL i guess you credit the same name you've find in the game or the demo but for a better database, perhaps it could be interested to add both handle+real name ? |

too much music by Tip&Mantronix in my mind/heart for example i've listen so many time Crystal Symphonies 1 & 2 that it's hard for me to do a choice. I would suggest to check AMP oh and i should say Tip & Mantronix & Firefox
BTW as you choose some music you like and add a description, i think it's what make your site so special so... if i choose a music by Tip & Mantronix, it wouldn't be the same thing... am i wrong ? well ok... few mods i like from them : Tip & Mantronic :Act of Impulse, Hidden Truth, La Vie est Rose, Princess of Dawn, Sometimes X Rated, Disharmonie, The Search 4 Me, Yummy Gap, ANIMOTION Firefox : GalaxyII, RastaMan, Subspace 2, Mantronix : the Wasteland, Voyage Tip & Firefox : Disaster Is Obvious, Enigma (no comment) Tip : Calypso (from the demo Joyride!) now make your own choice Also NHP&BKH have done few jewels... PS : too bad i'm note a graphic artist or i should have submit a new background for your site too |

Thanks, Plenty there for me to look at,
Im not going to write a description for a mod that i dont like for one resaon or another, if i was to upload by request a mod i dont like i would probably be after the requester to write the description! PS : too bad i'm note a graphic artist either! |
