where art thou? Inertia Drive??
Alright, which of you punks stole my copy of Inertia Drive? The little bugger isn't in TOSEC, but he is listed in the almighty HOL (thank Mod for that! the entire game wasn't just a figure of my overactive imagination!)
Here's what he looks like: http://hol.abime.net/?id=3647 Has anyone seen him? *puppy-dog eyes* |

you asked for it...
What makes it so special? WHAT MAKES IT SO SPECIAL?! *huff* *puff*
Inertia Drive was one of the first games my family aquired for our A500 we had 15 years ago. So naturally this game has massive nostalgia appeal for me The game is a little strange... you float around bursting small "balloons" with a laser. Once all the small balloons are gone you go to find the big "reactor balloon" which has been opened up. While this is happening lots of floaty things try to attack you and the background "pulse"/"heartbeat" sound gets louder, and faster... A great game to get the adrenaline flowing since your "craft" is somewhat difficult to control; you must be careful! one wrong move and *BOOM*! [/rant] |

FOUND IT!
It was on a compact, gladly supplied by DPainter! You need to type x 5 (eks-blank-five) to start it! [edit] Auto-booting version uploaded too, consider this a HACK. (but it works) Last edited by andreas; 27 September 2003 at 13:01. |

Can someone re-upload the auto-booting one to the Zone please?
Rattus: You should be able to HD install it by just copying the disk to your HD as a folder, then making an icon for the executable, tada, probably works (I say probably as I cant test it). |

LOL...keep cool man
"I can't test it" can EITHER mean that you don't have a real Amiga machine OR that you don't have the game (or even both). Last edited by andreas; 04 April 2006 at 10:59. |

For me it's hard to believe it was commercial game. Even in 1987 it should be done better
